# Dynamic Labels

> AI-powered automatic labeling based on conversation content

## Dynamic Labels

Dynamic Labels automatically categorize conversations based on content and CRM data.

### How It Works

The AI analyzes:

* Message content and keywords
* Customer value from CRM
* Conversation sentiment
* Historical interactions

### Automatic Categories

| Label                   | Trigger                                           |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| 🔥 **Hot Lead**         | High-intent keywords like "buy", "price", "ready" |
| ⚠️ **Escalation**       | Complaints, "manager", "cancel"                   |
| 💰 **High Value**       | CRM shows high deal value                         |
| 🆕 **New Contact**      | First-time conversation                           |
| 🔄 **Follow-up Needed** | Promised callback, no response                    |

### Setting Up Dynamic Labels

### CRM Sync

Dynamic Labels can sync with CRM properties:

* Label applied → CRM field updated
* CRM field changed → Label updated
