Step 2 : Enter the Quick Reply Name and set the visibilty to any of these:
  • Personal (Visible only to you)
  • Shared (Visible to your entire Organisation)
  • Shared with team (Visible only to specific teams within the Organisation)

Step 3: Enter the message you want to add in the text box. You can also use CRM Tags, if you have integrated them. We support tags from the user profile section of Eazybe, Zoho, and HubSpot. You can also Rephrase the message using our ChatGPT feature.

Step 4: Add an attachment/voice note if required. The file size limit is 20MB.

Thats it! You can create as many Quick Replies, and send them as many times as you want!
