View detailed analytics including: * Per-message delivery status * Response tracking * Cost analysis * Failure reasons ## Campaign Comparison Compare campaigns to identify what works: | Campaign | Sent | Delivered | Read | Responses | Response Rate | | - | - | - | - | - | - | | Holiday Promo | 500 | 485 (97%) | 342 (68%) | 45 | 9.0% | | Product Launch | 750 | 720 (96%) | 468 (62%) | 62 | 8.3% | | Follow-up Series | 300 | 294 (98%) | 235 (78%) | 67 | 22.3% | | Flash Sale | 1,000 | 960 (96%) | 576 (58%) | 89 | 8.9% | The Follow-up Series shows the highest response rate (22.3%) despite lower volume—targeted, warm outreach typically outperforms mass campaigns. ## Understanding Failures ### Common Delivery Failures | Failure Reason | Cause | Solution | | - | - | - | | **Invalid Number** | Wrong format or fake number | Validate phone formats, clean list | | **Not on WhatsApp** | Number doesn't have WA | Remove from broadcast lists | | **Blocked** | Recipient blocked you | Respect opt-outs, improve content | | **Rate Limited** | Sending too fast | Slow down, spread over time | | **Account Restricted** | Your number flagged | Review practices, contact support | | **Network Error** | Temporary connectivity | Retry automatically | ### Failure Rate Benchmarks | Failure Rate | Assessment | Action | | - | - | - | | \< 2% | ✅ Excellent | Maintain current practices | | 2-5% | ✅ Good | Minor cleanup needed | | 5-10% | ⚠️ Concerning | Review and clean lists | | > 10% | 🔴 Critical | Stop campaigns, investigate | ## WABA Broadcast Analytics For WhatsApp Business API broadcasts, additional metrics are available: ### Cost Analysis | Metric | Description | | - | - | | **Total Cost** | Amount spent on campaign | | **Cost per Message** | Average cost per delivered message | | **Cost per Response** | Cost to generate one reply | | **Cost per Conversion** | Cost per desired action | ### Template Performance Track which templates perform best: | Template | Sent | Delivered | Read | Response | | - | - | - | - | - | | welcome\_new\_customer | 500 | 495 | 89% | 35% | | order\_shipped | 1,200 | 1,188 | 95% | 8% | | appointment\_reminder | 300 | 297 | 92% | 45% | | promotional\_offer | 2,000 | 1,920 | 52% | 4% | ## Optimization Tips Remove invalid numbers, opt-outs, and unengaged contacts before each campaign Smaller, targeted segments (100-500) outperform mass blasts (1000+) every time A/B test different templates with small groups before full campaign launch Send when recipients are most likely to engage (check your historical data) ## Exporting Reports Export campaign data for further analysis: Navigate to the completed campaign report Click the **Export** button in the top right Select your preferred format: * **CSV** — For spreadsheet analysis * **PDF** — For presentations and records * **Excel** — For advanced data manipulation The file downloads automatically to your computer ## Campaign Post-Mortem Template After each significant campaign, answer these questions: 1. **What was the goal?** (Awareness, conversions, engagement) 2. **Did we hit our targets?** (Compare actual vs expected metrics) 3. **What worked well?** (High-performing segments, templates, timing) 4. **What didn't work?** (Low engagement, high failures, negative feedback) 5. **What will we do differently?** (Specific changes for next campaign) ## Best Practices A 5-15% response rate is excellent for promotional broadcasts. Don't expect email-like open rates (40%+) from WhatsApp—but do expect higher engagement quality. Watch delivery and block rates during the first 50-100 messages. If failures spike, pause and investigate before continuing. Some responses come hours or days after the broadcast. Check metrics again 24-48 hours after sending for complete picture. High opt-out rates signal content or frequency problems. Survey opt-outs when possible to understand why. # Conversation Analytics Source: https://help.eazybe.com/analytics/conversation-analytics Deep dive into 1:1 chats, group conversations, follow-ups, and messaging patterns Conversation Analytics breaks down your WhatsApp communication by type, helping you understand how your team engages with customers across different channels. ## Conversation Types ### 1:1 Chat Analytics Individual conversations between your team and customers: | Metric | Description | How to Improve | | - | - | - | | **Total 1:1 Conversations** | Unique individual chats | More outreach | | **Messages Sent** | Outbound messages in 1:1 | Volume activity | | **Messages Received** | Inbound messages in 1:1 | Engagement quality | | **Avg Messages per Chat** | Conversation depth | Better engagement | | **First Response Time** | Time to initial reply | Faster replies | | **Resolution Time** | Time to conversation close | Process efficiency | ### Group Chat Analytics Team or broadcast group activity: | Metric | Description | Benchmark | | - | - | - | | **Active Groups** | Groups with recent activity | - | | **Messages to Groups** | Total group messages sent | - | | **Group Reach** | Total members across groups | - | | **Engagement Rate** | Replies per group message | > 10% | | **Member Participation** | Active vs passive members | > 50% | ## Message Flow Analysis Understanding where messages come from and go: ### Inbound vs Outbound | Direction | Description | Healthy Ratio | | - | - | - | | **Outbound (Sent)** | Messages your team sends | - | | **Inbound (Received)** | Messages from customers | - | | **Ratio** | Sent : Received | 1:1 to 2:1 | A healthy conversation has balanced back-and-forth. Identify patterns in your most successful interactions and replicate them. When you see warning signs like increasing non-response rates, investigate immediately. Small issues become big problems if ignored. When analyzing, compare similar time periods (this Tuesday vs last Tuesday) rather than different conditions (weekday vs weekend). Conversation metrics only matter if they lead to results. Always connect messaging data to business outcomes (sales, support resolution, etc.). # Analytics Dashboard Source: https://help.eazybe.com/analytics/dashboard Monitor team performance and messaging metrics from a centralized dashboard The Eazybe Analytics Dashboard provides comprehensive insights into your team's WhatsApp communication, helping you track performance, identify trends, and optimize your messaging strategy. Analytics Dashboard Overview ## Accessing the Dashboard Click the **Organization** button in the Eazybe sidebar to open the workspace in a new tab Sign in with your admin credentials at [workspace.eazybe.com](https://workspace.eazybe.com) Click **Dashboard** in the left sidebar to view team activity Click **Analytics** tab for detailed message metrics ## Dashboard Overview The main dashboard shows real-time team status: Team Dashboard | Column | Description | | - | - | | **Employee** | Team member name and email | | **Last Activity** | When they were last active on WhatsApp Web | | **Last Chat Synced** | Most recent chat sync timestamp | | **CRM Integration** | Connected CRM status (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) | ## Key Metrics ### Message Analytics The Analytics tab provides comprehensive messaging metrics: Message Analytics | Metric | Description | Why It Matters | | - | - | - | | **Sent Messages** | Total outbound messages | Measures outreach volume | | **Received Messages** | Total inbound messages | Indicates customer engagement | | **Follow-up Messages** | Scheduled/recurring messages | Tracks nurturing activity | | **Response Rate** | (Replies / Sent) × 100 | Measures message effectiveness | ### Conversation Metrics | Metric | Description | Why It Matters | | - | - | - | | **1:1 Chats** | Individual conversations count | Direct engagement tracking | | **Group Chats** | Group message activity | Team/broadcast reach | | **Active Conversations** | Chats with activity in period | Current workload indicator | | **Avg Response Time** | Time to first reply | Service quality measure | ### Call Analytics | Metric | Description | Why It Matters | | - | - | - | | **Total Calls** | Voice/video calls made | Communication method mix | | **Avg Call Duration** | Average call length | Conversation depth | | **Missed Calls** | Unanswered incoming calls | Availability gaps | ## Filtering Your Data Filter analytics by: | Filter | Options | | - | - | | **Date Range** | Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Custom | | **Team Member** | All team, Individual employees | | **Conversation Type** | All, 1:1 only, Groups only | | **Labels** | Filter by specific contact labels | ## Using Analytics for Growth Find team members with best response rates and learn from their approach Identify team members who may need additional coaching or support Discover when your messages get the best response rates Measure the effectiveness of broadcast and follow-up campaigns ## Setting Benchmarks Establish targets based on your team's baseline: | Role | Daily Messages | Response Time | Follow-up Rate | | - | - | - | - | | **SDR/BDR** | 50+ | \< 5 minutes | > 95% | | **Account Executive** | 30+ | \< 15 minutes | > 90% | | **Customer Support** | 40+ | \< 3 minutes | > 98% | | **Account Manager** | 25+ | \< 30 minutes | > 85% | ## Best Practices Schedule a weekly analytics review to spot trends early and adjust strategy. Monday mornings work well for planning the week ahead. Look at week-over-week and month-over-month trends rather than single data points. Outliers can be misleading. Compare messaging metrics with sales/support outcomes to understand what actually drives results. Make analytics visible to your team. Transparency drives accountability and improvement. Recognize improvements and top performers. Positive reinforcement encourages continued excellence. ## Quick Actions from Dashboard | Action | How | | - | - | | **View employee chats** | Click employee name → Team Inbox | | **Check sync status** | Look at "Last Chat Synced" column | | **Verify CRM connection** | Check integration status column | | **Export data** | Click Export button (CSV/PDF) | # Export Data Source: https://help.eazybe.com/analytics/export-data Download your analytics and conversation data for reporting and compliance Eazybe allows you to export analytics and conversation data for external reporting, compliance requirements, or deeper analysis in your preferred tools. ## What Can Be Exported ### Analytics Data * Message volumes by date range * Team performance metrics * Campaign/broadcast reports * Response time statistics * Conversation counts ### Conversation Data * Chat transcripts (via CRM backup) * Contact lists with labels * Message history (via Google Sheets/Drive backup) ### Team Data * Employee activity logs * Last sync times * CRM connection status * Performance rankings ## Export Formats | Format | Best For | File Size | | - | - | - | | **CSV** | Spreadsheet analysis, data processing, BI tools | Small | | **PDF** | Reports, presentations, compliance records | Medium | | **Excel (.xlsx)** | Advanced analysis, pivot tables, charts | Medium | ## How to Export Analytics Go to **Workspace** → **Analytics** Configure your date range and any team/conversation filters Click the **Export** button in the top-right corner Select CSV, PDF, or Excel File downloads automatically to your computer ## Exporting Team Data Go to **Workspace** → **Dashboard** Ensure you're viewing the team data you want to export Click the export button above the team table Choose which columns/metrics to include in the export File downloads with your selected data ## Exporting Broadcast Reports Navigate to **Workspace** → **Broadcasts** Click on the campaign you want to export Click the export button in the campaign detail view Receives per-recipient delivery status and engagement data ## Scheduled/Automated Exports For regular reporting needs, consider these automation options: | Method | How | Best For | | - | - | - | | **CRM Sync** | Connect to HubSpot/Salesforce | Real-time data in CRM reports | | **Google Sheets** | Enable Sheets backup | Live data in spreadsheets | | **Webhook** | Configure webhooks | Custom integrations, BI tools | | **API** | Use Eazybe API | Programmatic data access | ## Use Cases Create weekly/monthly reports for leadership with key metrics and trends Maintain audit trails for regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) Import into BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) for deeper insights Archive historical data for safekeeping and long-term trend analysis ## Data Included in Exports ### Analytics Export Fields | Field | Description | | - | - | | `date` | Date of the data point | | `employee_name` | Team member name | | `employee_email` | Team member email | | `messages_sent` | Outbound message count | | `messages_received` | Inbound message count | | `conversations` | Active conversation count | | `avg_response_time` | Average response time (seconds) | | `follow_ups_completed` | Follow-up messages sent | ### Team Export Fields | Field | Description | | - | - | | `name` | Employee name | | `email` | Employee email | | `phone` | WhatsApp number | | `last_active` | Last activity timestamp | | `last_sync` | Last chat sync time | | `crm_status` | CRM integration status | | `role` | Admin/Member | ### Broadcast Export Fields | Field | Description | | - | - | | `recipient_phone` | Recipient's phone number | | `recipient_name` | Recipient's name (if known) | | `status` | Sent/Delivered/Read/Failed | | `timestamp` | When message was sent | | `failure_reason` | If failed, why | | `response` | Whether recipient replied | ## Data Privacy Considerations Exported data may contain personal information. Look at week-over-week and month-over-month patterns to understand true performance levels. Account for workload, customer type, and role differences when comparing team members. An AE handling complex enterprise deals will have different metrics than an SDR doing outbound. High message volume with low response rates may indicate a quality problem. Look at both input (messages sent) and output (responses, conversions) metrics. Share dashboards with team members so they can self-monitor. Transparency drives accountability without requiring constant manager intervention. # Set Up Auto Payment Source: https://help.eazybe.com/en/billing/auto-payment Automatically add credits when an eligible Eazybe wallet reaches a low-balance threshold. Auto payment charges a saved card and adds credits when the workspace wallet reaches your chosen threshold. Use it to reduce interruptions to eligible paid WhatsApp activity. Eazybe Credits tab showing Current balance, Auto payment active status and toggle, and Add credits The balance, status, and purchase amounts in the screenshot are examples. Auto payment is currently available for USD wallets, and your workspace can show different values. ## Turn On Auto Payment 1. Open **Settings → Billing → Credits**. 2. Expand **Auto payment** if the panel is collapsed. 3. Turn on the **Auto payment** toggle. 4. Confirm **Top up when below** and **Amount to add**. 5. Confirm that the status changes to **Auto payment active**. If this is the first setup, Eazybe uses the eligible card already saved for the workspace subscription. Turning on auto payment authorizes future charges to the saved card. If Eazybe cannot find a usable subscription card, auto payment is not enabled. Update the subscription payment method or contact Eazybe Support, then try again. ## Choose the Amounts * **Top up when below** is the wallet balance that triggers auto payment. * **Amount to add** is charged to the saved card and added to the wallet after a successful payment. * The threshold must be lower than the amount to add. For a USD wallet, the threshold must be at least USD 1, the amount to add must be at least USD 5, and each value can be up to USD 10,000. Example: if **Top up when below** is USD 5 and **Amount to add** is USD 50, Eazybe starts an automatic payment when the balance reaches USD 5 or less. A successful payment adds USD 50. The example explains the trigger; it is not a recommended setting. Choose amounts that match your expected messaging usage and budget. ## Change the Amounts 1. Select an amount field or its pencil icon. 2. Update **Top up when below** and **Amount to add**. 3. Select **Save changes**. 4. Recheck the summary shown in the panel. ## Change the Payment Card 1. Select **Change card** beside the saved card. 2. Enter the new card details on the secure Stripe page and complete the setup. 3. Return to **Credits** and confirm that the card brand and last four digits have updated. Eazybe displays only the saved card brand and last four digits in the workspace. ## Turn Auto Payment Off or On Again * To stop future automatic top-ups, turn off the toggle and confirm **Disable auto payment**. * Disabling keeps the saved configuration so you can turn it on again later. * Check the status text to confirm whether auto payment is active. Turning auto payment off does not add credits or cancel a payment that has already started. Check **Wallet history** when a payment was triggered near the time you disabled it. ## Emails and Notifications Auto-payment activity is sent to the workspace account email and can also create an in-app notification. | Event | What you receive | | - | - | | Payment started | Amount and transaction ID | | Payment successful | Amount, transaction ID, and updated balance when available | | Payment failed | Failure reason, retry timing, and instructions for updating the payment method | | Repeated failures | Auto payment is disabled after three failed attempts and a final email is sent | # Add Billing and Tax Details Source: https://help.eazybe.com/en/billing/billing-taxation Verify GST information for eligible INR payments and future tax invoices. Use **Billing & taxation** to save the business details used for eligible INR purchases and invoices. Verify the GSTIN carefully so the registered name, state, and billing address are associated with the correct business. **Billing & taxation** is available to eligible workspace admins using India-based billing. If the tab is not visible, confirm the workspace billing country and your permissions. ## Add GST Details 1. Open **Settings → Billing → Billing & taxation**. 2. Enter the 15-character GSTIN and complete verification. 3. Review the registered company name, state, and address returned by the verification. 4. Add a finance email if invoices should be sent to a separate address. 5. Save the billing information. Check the GSTIN and registered business details before saving. Incorrect tax information can appear on future eligible invoices and can require support to correct. ## Review GST During a Purchase For an eligible INR credit purchase, Eazybe shows the GST breakdown before payment. Review the subtotal, GST, and total at checkout, then complete the payment only when the information is correct. Saved GST details can be used to create a business tax invoice for future eligible purchases. Whether a purchase or invoice qualifies for Input Tax Credit depends on your circumstances. Consult your tax professional for tax eligibility or accounting advice. ## If Verification Fails * Confirm that the GSTIN contains 15 characters and has no extra spaces. * Check that the GSTIN belongs to the business that should appear on the invoice. * Retry after correcting the value. * If a valid GSTIN still cannot be verified, contact Eazybe Support before making the purchase. # Overview Source: https://help.eazybe.com/en/billing/credits-overview Understand how Eazybe wallet credits work and how to keep paid WhatsApp activity funded. Eazybe credits are funds stored in the workspace wallet and used for eligible paid WhatsApp API activity. From **Settings → Billing → Credits**, you can check the current balance, make a one-time purchase, or manage auto payment when it is available. Eazybe Credits tab showing Current balance, Auto payment status, quick credit amounts, custom amount, and Complete purchase The USD balance, auto-payment status, and purchase amount in the screenshot are examples. Your workspace can use a different balance, currency, and set of payment options. ## What the Credits Tab Shows | Area | What it tells you | | - | - | | **Current balance** | The wallet funds currently available to the workspace | | **Auto payment** | Whether automatic top-ups are active and, when expanded, the saved threshold and recharge amount | | **Add credits** | Quick amounts, a custom amount field, the expected new balance, and **Complete purchase** | Eazybe Credits tab showing the current USD balance, active Auto payment, quick credit amounts, custom amount field, and Complete purchase button ## Choose How to Add Credits Add credits once without changing auto-payment settings. Automatically add credits when an eligible USD wallet reaches its threshold. A one-time credit purchase and an automatic top-up both add funds to the same workspace wallet. Auto payment does not replace your Eazybe subscription payment. ## If the Balance Runs Out Paid broadcasts, templates, or automations can stop when the wallet no longer has enough funds for the activity. Add credits or resolve a failed auto payment, then retry the affected action after the balance updates. Access to **Credits** depends on your workspace permissions and eligible Eazybe services. Ask a workspace admin if the tab is not visible. # Billing Overview Source: https://help.eazybe.com/en/billing/overview Manage your Eazybe plan, wallet credits, automatic payments, tax details, and transaction history. Use **Settings → Billing** to manage the plan and payment settings for your Eazybe workspace. This section explains which tab to open for each billing task and what you should confirm before making a purchase. Eazybe Billing page showing the Your plan, Credits, and Wallet history tabs with current plan and seat details Eazybe Billing page for an INR workspace showing Your plan, Credits, Billing and taxation, and Wallet history tabs The plan, price, renewal date, and seat count in the screenshots are examples. Your Billing page shows the settings and values for your workspace. ## Choose a Billing Task Review your current plan, billing period, seats, and available subscription actions. Learn what the wallet balance is used for and how to prevent interrupted paid messaging. Make a one-time wallet purchase with a quick amount or custom amount. Automatically add credits when an eligible wallet reaches your chosen threshold. Verify GST information for eligible INR purchases and future tax invoices. Find credit and debit transactions, payment status, balances, and invoices. ## Access and Currency * Billing tabs and actions depend on your workspace permissions, country, wallet currency, and Eazybe services. * **Your plan** and **Wallet history** are available to eligible workspace admins. * Auto payment is currently available for USD wallets. * INR purchases can include GST and may use a different checkout flow from other currencies. If a tab or action described in this section is not visible, confirm that you are in the correct workspace and ask a workspace admin to check your access. Review the currency, amount, tax, billing period, and payment method before confirming a purchase. Billing actions can charge a saved card or send you to a secure checkout. # Purchase or Manage a Plan Source: https://help.eazybe.com/en/billing/plan-purchase Review your Eazybe plan, purchase an upgrade, and manage seats or subscription billing. Open **Settings → Billing → Your plan** to see the current plan, billing period, validity, seat count, and price per seat for your workspace. From the same tab, eligible admins can upgrade the plan or manage the existing subscription. **Your plan** is available to workspace admins. If you cannot see it, ask an admin in the current workspace to review the plan for you. ## Purchase or Upgrade 1. Open **Settings → Billing**, then select **Your plan**. 2. Select **Upgrade**. 3. Choose the plan and the monthly or yearly billing option offered on your screen. 4. Review the total price, billing period, and number of seats. 5. Continue to the secure checkout and complete the payment. 6. Return to **Your plan** and confirm that the plan details have updated. Selecting **Upgrade** can change the workspace subscription and create a charge. Check the plan, billing period, seats, currency, tax, and total before completing checkout. GST is added to eligible INR purchases. ## Manage an Existing Plan The actions shown on **Your plan** depend on the subscription and billing country: | Action | What it does | | - | - | | **Edit seats** | Adds or removes seats when seat management is available for the plan | | **Upgrade** | Changes the plan or billing period using the available purchase flow | | **Manage Subscription** | Opens the Stripe billing portal for subscription billing actions | **Manage Subscription** is shown only for customers outside India. India-based customers can use the plan and seat actions displayed in Eazybe or contact Eazybe Support for billing help. ## Confirm the Change After checkout, review **Your plan** again. If the previous plan is still displayed, refresh the page and check the payment status before starting another purchase. Do not submit the same purchase again while the first payment is pending. If payment succeeded but the plan has not updated, contact Eazybe Support with the workspace name, payment reference, and purchase time. # Review Wallet History Source: https://help.eazybe.com/en/billing/wallet-history Find wallet transactions, payment status, running balances, and available invoices. Use **Settings → Billing → Wallet history** to review credit purchases and wallet usage. The transaction list helps you confirm whether a payment completed and how each credit or debit changed the balance. **Wallet history** is available to eligible workspace admins with Credits access. Ask a workspace admin if the tab is not visible. ## Find a Transaction 1. Open **Settings → Billing → Wallet history**. 2. Filter by **Completed**, **Pending**, or **Failed**, or choose a date range. 3. Find the row that matches the payment or wallet activity. 4. Review its date, description, credit or debit amount, balance after the transaction, payment status, and invoice availability. A credit adds funds to the wallet. A debit records wallet usage. The balance after the transaction helps you understand the order in which wallet activity occurred. ## Download an Invoice Use the invoice download action in a transaction row when it is available. A transaction can lack an invoice while payment is pending or when that activity does not create one. ## Understand Payment Status | Status | What to do | | - | - | | **Completed** | Confirm that the amount and balance are correct; download the invoice when available | | **Pending** | Wait for the payment provider to finish processing before trying again | | **Failed** | Review the failure information, correct the payment method if needed, and start a new purchase only after the failure is confirmed | Do not repeat a purchase while its status is **Pending**. Starting another checkout can create a duplicate charge if the first payment later succeeds. ## If a Transaction is Missing Select **Refresh** once and check the date range and status filters. If a successful payment is still missing, contact Eazybe Support with the workspace name, amount, currency, payment reference, and payment time. # Add Credits to Your Wallet Source: https://help.eazybe.com/en/billing/wallet-recharge Add Eazybe wallet credits with a secure one-time payment. Use **Add credits** when you want to make one wallet purchase without changing auto-payment settings. You can select a quick amount or enter a custom amount before continuing to checkout. Open **Settings → Billing → Credits** and find **Add credits**. Select a quick amount or enter a custom amount. Check the **New balance** calculation, then select **Complete purchase**. Credits tab with quick amounts, custom amount, New balance, Clear, and Complete purchase The screenshot shows example USD values. Confirm the currency and amount shown in your workspace before continuing. Selecting **Complete purchase** starts a payment flow. ## Complete Checkout Review the amount and tax shown by the secure checkout, choose the available payment method, and complete the payment. Return to **Credits** and confirm that **Current balance** has increased. Enter an amount from INR 50 to INR 50,000. Add or confirm GST details when requested, review the GST breakdown, and complete payment through Razorpay. Eazybe Credits tab for an INR wallet showing quick amounts, a custom INR amount, new balance, and Complete purchase Enter an amount from USD 1 to USD 10,000, then complete payment through Stripe. Eazybe Credits tab for a USD wallet showing quick amounts, a custom USD amount, new balance, and Complete purchase Follow the amount range and checkout provider shown on your screen. Manually adding credit does not enable auto payment or change the saved card, threshold, or recharge amount. ## If the Balance Does Not Update 1. Check whether checkout shows the payment as successful, pending, or failed. 2. Return to **Credits** and refresh the page once. 3. Open **Wallet history** and find the matching transaction. 4. If a successful payment is still missing, contact Eazybe Support with the workspace name, amount, currency, payment reference, and payment time. Do not repeat a payment while the original transaction is pending. A second checkout can create a duplicate charge. # Analytics Overview Source: https://help.eazybe.com/en/broadcasts/broadcast-home Choose a broadcast, template, or number view to review campaign performance and build your report. Use **Broadcasts** to review campaign performance, compare templates or sender numbers, and export the results you need. The **Broadcast**, **Template**, and **Number** controls determine how the table groups your results. Broadcasts page with the grouping controls and sender selector highlighted in violet These screenshots were captured from a local workspace for this guide. The campaign names, dates, and totals belong to that workspace; your report will show your own data. ## Before You Start Open **Broadcasts** in your workspace. You need a WhatsApp Business number available in the workspace to review its campaigns. If you see **Connect to WABA**, [connect a WhatsApp Business number](/en/waba/connect-waba) first. Filters, grouping, sorting, and exports help you review existing activity. They do not send a new message or change a contact's preferences. To start a campaign, select **New broadcast** and follow [Create a Broadcast](/en/broadcasts/create-broadcast). ## Choose Your View | View | What each row represents | Available filters | | - | - | - | | **Broadcast** | An individual campaign; select its name to open its analytics | Sender number, templates, template category, and campaign **Status** | | **Template** | A template with its broadcast count, message totals, and cost | Sender number and templates, including selection by category | | **Number** | A sender number with its broadcast count, message totals, and cost | One or more numbers and a date range | ## Understand the Columns | Column | What it means | | - | - | | **Broadcast** | Campaign name. Its template and category appear underneath; select the name with **↗** to open the campaign. | | **Template** | Template name, with its category underneath. This view combines activity for that template. | | **Number** | Sender name, with the phone number underneath. This view combines activity for that sender. | | **Broadcasts** | Number of campaigns included in a template or number summary. | | **Total** | Total message/recipient records reported for the row. | | **Sent** | Messages whose reported delivery status is Sent. | | **Delivered** | Messages whose reported delivery status is Delivered. | | **Read** | Messages whose reported delivery status is Read. | | **Failed** | Messages reported as failed. Open the campaign to review available reasons. | | **Cost** | Recorded cost for the row, shown using the workspace currency setting. | | **Date** | Latest available campaign activity date, or the sent date when a later activity date is unavailable. **--** means no valid date is available. | | **Status** | Campaign state, such as **Completed**, **In-Progress**, or **Failed**. | **Date** and **Status** are available in **Broadcast** view. **Broadcasts** is available in **Template** and **Number** views. Use **Columns** to show a field that is hidden. A campaign's status and its recipients' delivery statuses answer different questions. For example, a **Completed** campaign can still have failed recipients. Use **Failed** inside that campaign for the reasons. Summary totals can include the same contact across different campaigns; they are not a count of unique people across your workspace. Date-range controls appear only in **Number** view. Although **Status** also remains visible in **Template** view, use **Broadcast** view to filter individual campaigns by status. ## Build Your Report * [Filter Broadcasts and Templates](/en/broadcasts/filter-broadcasts-and-templates): choose a sender, select templates or a category, and narrow campaigns by status. * [Compare Numbers by Date](/en/broadcasts/compare-numbers-by-date): choose sender numbers and use a preset or custom date range. * [Customize and Export Reports](/en/broadcasts/customize-and-export-reports): choose columns, sort rows, and download a CSV. ## Refresh or Start Over | Control | What it does | | - | - | | **Refresh** | Requests updated results using your current selections. Wait for loading to finish before reading or exporting the totals. | | **Reset filters** in **Broadcast** or **Template** | Clears template, category, and status restrictions, keeps the current sender, and refreshes the report. | | **Reset filters** in **Number** | Selects all listed numbers, clears the date range and any retained template/status restrictions, and refreshes the report. | | **Remove date filter** | Clears only the date restriction and keeps the chosen numbers. | Column choices stay as you set them when you reset filters. Switching between **Broadcast**, **Template**, and **Number** clears the selected sort order. Your number/date choices and sender/template choices are separate; a number date range does not filter the campaign or template view. ## Open an Individual Campaign In **Broadcast** view, select the campaign name with the **↗** icon to open its detailed analytics. Use [View Broadcast Analytics](/en/broadcasts/view-analytics) for the recipient-level report. Select **Refresh** to request the latest data. If a loading error says your last successful data is still shown, the visible totals may be out of date; use **Retry** in the error message or **Refresh** once the connection is available. # Compare Numbers by Date Source: https://help.eazybe.com/en/broadcasts/compare-numbers-by-date Compare broadcast performance across sender numbers and narrow the summary to a preset or custom date range. Use **Number** view on **Broadcasts** to compare sender-level totals. Choose the numbers to include, then set the period you want to review. These screenshots show a local workspace used for this guide. Full phone numbers are covered with solid redaction bars. Your names, dates, and totals will differ. On **Broadcasts**, select **Number**. Open the number dropdown and check each sender you want to include. Choose **Select All Numbers** to include every number listed; when all are selected, the option becomes **Unselect All Numbers**. Number view and its multi-select sender picker highlighted; phone numbers are redacted Uncheck a sender to remove it, or choose **Unselect All Numbers** to clear the selection. Scroll inside the menu to see more entries. The control shows the sender's name when one is selected, a count when several are selected, and **Select numbers** when none are selected. Click outside the menu to close it. The table shows a summary for each returned number, including its **Broadcasts** count, message totals, and **Cost**. This view lists up to **100** distinct sender numbers; **Select All Numbers** selects the entries available in this list. **Select numbers** means no numbers are selected. Select at least one to load a report. A **Disconnected** label describes that number's connection status; selecting it here does not reconnect it. Select **1d**, **3d**, or **7d**. The selected preset is highlighted, and the number summaries reload for that period. Seven-day preset highlighted alongside the other date controls and Remove date filter | Preset | Dates included | | - | - | | **1d** | Today | | **3d** | Today and the previous two dates | | **7d** | Today and the previous six dates | The presets use UTC calendar dates. Around midnight, “today” in UTC can differ from the date in your local time zone. For example, selecting **7d** on 26 September sets 20–26 September. Date filters are available only in **Number** view. With no date filter selected, the report does not restrict results to a chosen date range. Select **Custom** to reveal two date fields. They start with your current range, or today when no range is set. Set the start date in the left field and the end date in the right field, using the calendar controls or typing the dates. Keep the start date on or before the end date. The summaries reload as you change the range; there is no Apply button. Follow the date format displayed by your browser. Custom selected, with the start and end date inputs and Remove date filter highlighted Choose **Remove date filter** to clear the date restriction while keeping your number selection. In **Number** view, **Reset filters** selects all listed numbers, removes the date restriction, and refreshes the report. Use **Remove date filter** when you want to keep a smaller group of senders selected. ## Keep Your Comparison in Context The date range applies to every selected number. Template, category, and campaign-status filters are hidden in this view and do not narrow the number summaries. Returning to **Broadcast** or **Template** restores those views' controls. Choose **Columns** to show the metrics you need and select a column heading to sort them. Number rows are summary rows; to inspect an individual campaign, return to **Broadcast** and choose its sender number. ## Why Is the Table Empty? Check that at least one number is selected. If **No analytics found** remains, remove or widen the date range, then try another sender. If a loading error says the last successful data is still shown, select **Retry** in the error message or **Refresh** before relying on the displayed totals. To share the comparison, [customize the columns and export a CSV](/en/broadcasts/customize-and-export-reports). # Create a New Broadcast Source: https://help.eazybe.com/en/broadcasts/create-broadcast Choose a template and recipients, review the estimated cost, and send a WhatsApp campaign.
