# Lead Capture to Salesforce

> Automatically create Salesforce leads from WhatsApp

## The Problem

WhatsApp leads don't make it into Salesforce pipeline.

## The Solution

Eazybe automatically creates Salesforce leads when new WhatsApp conversations start.

## Step-by-Step Setup

    Click **Eazybe icon** → **Settings** → **CRM Integration**

    Toggle **Auto-create records in Salesforce** to ON
