Q1. If I plan to use a different Whatsapp number, how can I shift my Eazybe account to that number?
- Login to the new Whatsapp Number
- Click on Edit Email
- Enter the Email associated with your Eazybe account that you’d like to associate with this number
- This will automatically unlink the previous number and link the new whatsapp number
Q2. How can I associate more emails to a phone number?
Click on Add accounts and Login from the new email and you will be able to associate upto 4 emails from a single phone number
Q3. How can I cancel my Susbcription?
For security purposes, cancellation of Subscription can only be done from our side. You can write to us on Whatsapp or Email for cancellation
- Whatsapp - Use the Whatsapp icon on the extension and click on it and request for cancellation
- Email: Drop an email at hey@eazybe.com and request cancellation
