# Call History

> Review incoming, outgoing, missed calls, outcomes, duration, and recordings.

**Call history** gives you a record of your voice-number calls. Admins and managers can review organization calls; other users see the calls available to their assigned numbers.

  <Step title="Open Call History">
    Open **Call history** under **CALLS**. The page includes summary cards for **Total calls**, **Incoming**, **Outgoing**, and **Missed**.

  <Step title="Filter the list">
    Use **Filter by user**, **Filter by number**, and **Filter by direction**. Direction options are **All calls**, **Incoming**, **Outgoing**, and **Missed**. Click **Reset** to clear filters or **Refresh calls** to load the latest data.

  <Step title="Read a call row">
    The table shows **Contact**, **Direction**, **Number / user**, **Outcome**, **Time**, **Duration**, and **Recording**. Use the row's call action to open the Dialer with the contact number when available. Play a recording from the **Recording** column when one exists.
