> Measure call volume, answer rate, talk time, and duration over a selected period.

Use **Call analytics** to understand how your voice-number activity changes over time and across numbers or users.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Call Analytics">
    Open **Call analytics** under **CALLS**. The page shows **Call volume and duration across numbers and people**.

  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a period">
    Use the period selector to choose **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days**, or **Last 90 days**. The page shows the date range and timezone used for the report.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read the summary cards">
    Review **Total calls**, **Answer rate**, **Talk time**, and **Average duration**. Answer rate is the percentage of calls that were answered. Talk time covers answered calls; average duration is calculated per answered call.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Explore call volume and breakdowns">
    The **Call volume** chart separates **Incoming**, **Outgoing**, and **Missed** calls by day. In the breakdown table, use **By numbers** to compare numbers. Admins and managers can also use **By users** to compare team activity. The table includes incoming, outgoing, missed, talk time, and average duration.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>Analytics are permission-scoped. Employees see the calls available to them; admins and managers can see organization-level data.</Note>
