# Integration Confirmation

> Learn how to confirm that your Zoho CRM integration with EazyBe was successful

Once the integration of Zoho with the EazyBe WhatsApp extension is completed, you can easily verify that everything is working correctly.

## How to Confirm Successful Integration

<Steps>
  <Step title="Complete the Integration Process">
    After connecting your Zoho account with EazyBe, you will be automatically redirected back to WhatsApp.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check for the Zoho Icon">
    Look for the **Zoho icon** in the right sidebar of the EazyBe extension panel.

  <Step title="Verify the Integration">
    If you can see the Zoho icon in the sidebar, it indicates that the integration has been successfully completed.

  The Zoho icon appearing in the sidebar confirms that your CRM is now connected and you can start syncing contacts and messages between WhatsApp and Zoho.

  If the Zoho icon does not appear after completing the integration, try refreshing the WhatsApp Web page or restarting your browser.
