# Contact Tasks

> Learn how to create and manage tasks for your Zoho Contacts directly from WhatsApp using the EazyBe extension

EazyBe's Zoho Integration Tasks Section helps you save and track pending assignments easily. Keep all your contact-related tasks organized and accessible within the platform.

## How to Create Contact Tasks

    Open the WhatsApp conversation with your Zoho Contact that you want to create a task for.

  <Step title="Click on the Zoho Icon">
    In the right-side panel of the EazyBe extension, locate and click on the **Zoho icon** to access your CRM features.

  <Step title="Access the Tasks Section">
    Navigate to the **Tasks Section**, positioned as the second header under the Contact Section.

  <Step title="Create a New Task">
    Click on the **New Task** button to initiate task creation.

  <Step title="Enter Task Details and Save">
    Complete the task information fields and click **Save Task** to create your task.

## Managing Your Tasks

Once created, you can perform the following actions on your tasks:

    Access and review all your saved tasks for the contact
  </Card>

  <Card title="Edit" icon="pen">
    Modify existing tasks to update information or deadlines
  </Card>

  <Card title="Delete" icon="trash">
    Remove tasks that are completed or no longer needed
  </Card>

  To edit or delete a task, click the **three dots** (⋮) adjacent to each task to access the management options.
