# Calendar

> Learn how to integrate Google Calendar with EazyBe to manage events, schedule meetings, and share them with WhatsApp contacts.

Seamlessly integrate your Google Calendar with EazyBe to manage your schedule directly from your WhatsApp conversations.

## Accessing the Calendar

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Calendar">
    Click on the **Calendar icon** in the right-side bar to access the calendar feature.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Integration Option">
    You'll see two options:

    * **Authenticate with Google** - Connect your Google Calendar for full functionality
    * **Proceed without Google Calendar** - Use basic event creation features

## Using Calendar Without Google Integration

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create Event">
    Click the **plus button** to create a new event.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set Event Details">
    Select the **date and time** for your event and add a **description**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save Event">
    Save your event to track it in the calendar.
  </Step>

## Using Calendar With Google Integration

<Steps>
  <Step title="Sign In to Google">
    Sign in using your Google account to connect your calendar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure Notifications">
    A notification popup will appear (enabled by default). Configure your notification preferences.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Manage Events">
    With Google Calendar connected, you can:

    * **Add events** directly to your Google Calendar
    * **Add Google Meet links** to your events
    * **Share events** with WhatsApp contacts
    * **Add contacts** from Gmail and WhatsApp

<Tip>
  Connecting Google Calendar allows you to schedule meetings with Google Meet links and share them instantly with your WhatsApp contacts.
