# Backup and Sync

> Learn how to backup and sync your WhatsApp chats and labels to the Team Inbox for collaborative team management.

Manage your WhatsApp chats and labels efficiently by syncing them to the Team Inbox for collaborative access.

## Setting Up Backup and Sync

<Steps>
  <Step title="Activate Backup and Sync">
    Click the **Backup and Sync** button located in the right sidebar to begin the setup process.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Labels to Sync">
    Choose which labels you want to synchronize:

    * Select **specific labels** for targeted synchronization
    * Or choose **all labels** to sync everything to the Team Inbox
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save Your Selections">
    Click **Save** to apply your synchronization settings. You can optionally view synced chats directly in the Team Inbox by opening a new tab.

## Accessing the Team Inbox

There are multiple ways to access the Team Inbox:

    Click the **Organisation button** in the right sidebar to access the EazyBe workspace.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Team Inbox">
    Within the EazyBe workspace, select **Team Inbox** from the left sidebar to view all synchronized WhatsApp conversations.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Alternative: Quick Access">
    Click the **Team Inbox button** directly in the right sidebar to open it in a new tab within the EazyBe workspace.
  </Step>

  Syncing specific labels allows you to organize which conversations your team can access, making collaboration more efficient.
