# Contact Tasks

> How to create and manage Salesforce contact tasks from WhatsApp using EazyBe

This guide explains how to manage pending tasks for Salesforce Contacts using the EazyBe WhatsApp Extension. Track and save tasks directly from your WhatsApp conversations.

## Creating a Contact Task

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the WhatsApp Chat">
    Access the WhatsApp conversation with your desired Salesforce Contact.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Salesforce Integration">
    Locate and click the Salesforce icon in the right sidebar of the browser extension.

  <Step title="Navigate to Tasks Section">
    Find the third header labeled **Tasks** under the Contact Section and select it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create New Task">
    Click the **New Task** button to initiate task creation.

  <Step title="Save Task">
    Input the task details and click **Save Task** to store it.

## Managing Tasks

Once a task is created, you can view and manage it directly from the Tasks section.

Use the three-dot menu to:

* **Edit** - Modify task details
* **Delete** - Remove the task

  Tasks are synced directly to Salesforce when you save. The task information will be reflected in your Salesforce Contact record.
