# Resolved Tickets

> Learn how to track and view resolved Freshdesk tickets directly from WhatsApp using the EazyBe integration.

Keep track of all your resolved support tickets with EazyBe's Freshdesk integration.

## Viewing Resolved Tickets

Want to know which tickets have been resolved? You can easily track them directly from your WhatsApp conversation.

  <Step title="Open WhatsApp Chat">
    Open the WhatsApp chat of the Freshdesk contact whose resolved tickets you want to view.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Access Freshdesk Panel">
    Click on the **Freshdesk icon** in the right-side bar to open the integration panel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="View Resolved Section">
    Click on the **Resolved** section to see all tickets that have been resolved for this contact.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Track Resolved Tickets">
    When you edit a ticket's status to **Resolved**, it will automatically appear under the Resolved header for easy tracking.
  </Step>
