# Create Tickets

> Learn how to create and track Freshdesk tickets directly from WhatsApp using the EazyBe integration.

Let's learn how to create and manage Freshdesk tickets using EazyBe.

## How to Create a Freshdesk Ticket

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the WhatsApp Chat">
    Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact for whom you want to create a ticket.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Access the Freshdesk Panel">
    Click on the **Freshdesk icon** in the right-side bar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Create Ticket">
    Click on the **Create Ticket** button to open the ticket creation form.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter Ticket Details">
    Fill in the required ticket information:

    * **Subject**: Enter a brief description of the issue
    * **Description**: Provide detailed information about the customer's request
    * **Priority**: Select the appropriate priority level
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit the Ticket">
    Click the **Create** button to submit the ticket to Freshdesk.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Ticket Created">
    Your ticket will be created in Freshdesk and linked to the contact.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Tracking Unresolved Tickets

Once you've created tickets, you can easily track them:

  <Step title="View Contact's Tickets">
    Open the Freshdesk panel for any contact to see their associated tickets.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check Ticket Status">
    View the current status of each ticket (Open, Pending, Resolved, Closed).
  </Step>

<Tip>
  You can directly view and manage tickets in Freshdesk by clicking on the ticket link after creation.
