# Create Contact

> Learn how to create a Freshdesk contact directly from WhatsApp using the EazyBe integration.

Let's learn how to create a Freshdesk contact using EazyBe.

## How to Create a Freshdesk Contact

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the WhatsApp Chat">
    Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact you want to save.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Access the Freshdesk Panel">
    Click on the **Freshdesk icon** in the right-side bar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter Contact Details">
    Write the name of the contact in the field and click on the **Create Contact** button.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Contact Created">
    Your contact will be created in Freshdesk.
  </Step>

<Tip>
  You can directly view the contact in Freshdesk by clicking on the **View Contact** button after creation.
