# Lead Profile

> Learn how to access and edit the profile section of a Bitrix lead directly from WhatsApp using the Eazybe extension.

Access and manage your Bitrix lead profiles directly from WhatsApp conversations using the Eazybe extension's Mini CRM view.

## Accessing the Lead Profile

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the WhatsApp Chat">
    Open the WhatsApp chat of your **Bitrix Lead** whose profile you want to access.

  <Step title="Click on the Bitrix Icon">
    Click on the **Bitrix** icon in the right sidebar of the extension.

  <Step title="Access the Profile Section">
    The first header that appears under the **Lead** section will be the **Profile** section.

  <Step title="View and Edit User Properties">
    You can view and edit the user properties of the lead. After making changes, click on the **Save** button at the bottom to update the lead details.

  <Step title="View Lead in Bitrix">
    You can also view the lead directly in Bitrix by clicking on the **View on Bitrix** button.
