# Lead Comment

> Learn how to add and manage comments for Bitrix leads to store notes and track conversation progress directly from WhatsApp.

No, this isn't your usual social media comment section. This area is exclusively designed for you to store notes from your WhatsApp conversations with your leads and to track the progress or stage where your conversation left off.

## Adding a Lead Comment

  <Step title="Open the WhatsApp Chat">
    Open the WhatsApp chat of your Bitrix lead.

  <Step title="Click on the Bitrix Icon">
    Click on the **Bitrix** icon in the right sidebar of the Eazybe extension.

  <Step title="Access the Comment Section">
    The third header will be the **Comment** section. Click on it to access the section.

  <Step title="Add a Comment">
    Click on the **Add Comment** button.

  <Step title="Fill in the Required Details">
    Enter the necessary details and click on the **Save** button.

  <Step title="View Your Created Comment">
    Your comment will be created. You will see options to view the **note**, **edit**, or **delete** the created comment by clicking on the three dots menu.
