# Team Onboarding

> Invite your employees, join your main organization, and get your CRM ready.

Set up your team in Eazybe with two connected journeys: the admin invites employees and shares the organization code; each employee installs the extension, signs in, and joins that organization.

## The onboarding flow

| Who | What to do | What happens next |
| - | - | - |
| Admin | Add the employee and select **Send Invite**. | The employee receives an invitation email. |
| Employee | Install the Eazybe extension and sign in with the invited email address. | Eazybe is available inside WhatsApp Web. |
| Admin | Share the main organization's **Organization Code**. | The employee can join the correct organization. |
| Employee | Open **Join Organisation**, paste the code, and select **Join Organization**. | The employee joins the main organization. |
| Admin or employee | [Check the CRM connection and user mapping](https://help.eazybe.com/en/getting-started/onboarding/crm.md). | The employee is connected to the right CRM account. |

>
> The extension is required for the WhatsApp Web onboarding flow in this guide. Use the same email address for the invitation, the extension, and app.eazybe.com.

## Before you begin

**Admins:** have access to your main Eazybe organization and each employee's work email address.

**Employees:** use Chrome on your computer, have access to your work email and WhatsApp, and ask your admin for the main organization's code.

**Using a CRM?** HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho can map employees automatically when the admin has already connected the CRM. If mapping is missing, the admin completes it in the CRM integration's settings. For other CRMs, each employee completes their own integration.
