# Manage Accounts
> Learn how to manage multiple email accounts using the same WhatsApp number in Eazybe, allowing up to 4 users to share one number.
If you want to share your WhatsApp number between multiple users, Eazybe allows you to add up to **4 email accounts** on the same number.
## How to Add Multiple Accounts
Navigate to the **My Account** section and select the **Other Profiles** button.
Click the **Add Account** button to begin adding a new profile.
Enter your email credentials and sign up. Verify your account via OTP or Google sign-in.
Enter the Organization code provided by your administrator to link your account.
## Switching Between Accounts
Once setup is complete, you can switch between accounts using the **My Account** button. Each account functions as an independent profile with its own settings and data.
