How can I confirm that the integration was successful ?

Once the integration of ZOHO with the EazyBe WhatsApp extension is completed, you will be redirected back to WhatsApp. The ZOHO icon will appear in the right sidebar.

If you can see the icon, it indicates that the integration has been successfully completed.
