This Go to ZOHO button provides a quick access to your ZOHO account.
This button can be found beside the contact or lead name at the top or within the Profile Section. Clicking on it will take you directly to the respective contact's or lead's page on Zoho.
GoBacktoWhatsApp Button
EazyBe offers a Go Back to WhatsApp button which is available on ZOHO. Clicking on this button will instantly return you to the WhatsApp conversation of the corresponding ZOHO Lead or Contact.
The button is visible in the same place at both Contact's and Lead's page.
The button is also visible in the Phone column in the Leads, Accounts and Contacts Module's page as given below:
